I'm a combat infantry veteran, husband, father, and personal trainer dedicated to helping people transform their bodies, mindset, and lifestyle. I served six years in the military and deployed to Afghanistan, where I learned the discipline, structure, and mental toughness that now shape my approach to fitness and coaching.
Outside of fitness, I've always been a creative. I used to make RnB music under the artist name, the93rdfloor, and some of my music is still available on Spotify, if you were curious lol. Music will always be a huge part of my journey and helped me express what I was going through during different seasons of my life.
I've been married to my wife Meaghan for 10 years, and we have two awesome kids, Braxton and Haiden. We've recently settled down in the Nashville area, and family is a big reason I'm so passionate about health, mindset, and leading by example.
Like so many people, I've dealt with anxiety, stress, and feeling lost at times. Fitness, faith, and consistency helped me rebuild my confidence and purpose. Now, my mission is to help everyday people stop guessing, build real habits, and create lasting physical and mental transformations.
